General Rules
The Rules are simple!
Please follow and don’t break them! If you break one you will get Punishment!
Rules
Rules for Everyone:
- Respect everyone.
- Follow the ROBLOX rules and guidelines.
- You will be held responsible for everything you do. Think before you do something.
- If you leave the group, you cannot receive your previous rank back if you rejoin.
- All game pass and developer product purchases are final. There are no refunds.
- Self-advertising is strictly prohibited. Advertising your content such as your group, video, or individual creation will result in consequences.
- Creating or being involved in drama will result in consequences. Do not cause drama in our server or bring drama from a different community here. We are a safe place for users; drama can result in serious consequences.
Rules for Staff:
- Always use grammar when working at the Cafe.
- Stay professional, mature and polite to customers.
- Always display a positive attitude when working.
- Do not cheat the point system when working. If caught, you will be fired.
- Customer satisfaction is important. The customer may not always be right, but they should always leave happy so they can return in the future.
- Do not ask for a promotion. Every rank in the group must be earned some way.
- If a customer is breaking a rule, report it to a member of the management team at your earliest convenience. We want to make sure other customers have a great experience too.
- Do your job and only your job.
- Do not argue with fellow employees. If there is a problem, please report it to a manager.

Warning formats: W1: (reason) - Signed by (username)

Kick format: Kick (username) Max warnings/ (reason)
Ban format: Ban (username) (reason)
Pban format: Pban (username) (reason)
Blacklist format: Pban (username) You are blacklisted due to (reason) (blacklist format is only to be used by VC+)
Mega Blacklist Format: pban (username) You are our most blacklisted user for (reason) You are not welcome here ever again (Vp+ Can only use)

Warning System:
Here at Fosty | Cafe we only give 3 warnings, after three warnings they must be kicked with a valid sentence in why they were kicked or maybe even banned. We don’t give exploiters any warnings. When we find who’s exploiting they automatically get banned. Please inform the troller to stop first, but if they continue you may warn.
Kicks:
Trolling - 3 W
One curse word - 3 W
Inappropriate clothing - 3 W
Not ordering off the menu - 3 W
Bans:
Bypassing, usage of more than 3 curse words.

Alliance Requeriements & Applycation
Lucia Cafe | Alliance Requeriements & Application
Thank you for showing an interest in applying for an alliance with Fosty | Cafe. The information that you need to know will be below this. Once you have completed the application please send it to a member of Lucia Cafe SHR and wait at least 48 hours for a response.
Alliance Requirements
- You must have at least 30 members within your group. We may make exceptions for groups and around 20 members, though.
- You must have professional and active staff members.
- You must not sell any Middle or High rank position in your group. However, we don’t mind you selling Low Ranks & Skip Training gamepasses.
- You must be able to announce our events. (We will do the same for you).
