LR Ranks

The following ranks are our Lower ranks in Pastriez.

Rank “Awaiting Trainee” → Can be trained to the rank Chef or Cashier.

Rank “Cashier or Chef” → Can be trained to the rank Senior Staff.
:arrow_right_hook: In order to be trained for the rank Senior Staff, Co-Host must check for them to have 100 points via discord point logs. They have to be trained for the opposite role when getting Senior Staff.

Rank “Kitchen Leader” (this rank does not attend trainings) → They are to achieve 300 points and then direct message a Board of Directors+ to get ranked.

When To Join A Session

HOST should join 30 minutes before the trainings begin, no earlier.

Assistant Supervisor - General Manager should join right after when the host announces the session, no earlier.

KL/SA (Kitchen Leader/Staff Assistant) → DO NOT join the server until 15 minutes before training. The Host will also announce when to join. If the Host does not announce on time, please wait patiently. Inform the Host to announce if they forget in a friendly manner. Kitchen Leaders will only be called if there are not enough Staff Assistants to attend.

What Happens After Joining

To obtain a role for training, line up at the podium in front of the host. All ranks besides host are first come first serve, so get there fast.

If you cut in line, you will not be invited to help out in the session.

Training Tasks

Tasks are the jobs you complete while at trainings. Below is a list of different jobs and when they are determined.

→Host (1 person) - Supervisor+ (PRE-DETERMINED)

→Co-Host (1 person) - Supervisor+ (DETERMINED ON-SCENE)

→Promoter (1 person)- Assistant Manager+ (DETERMINED ON-SCENE)

→Trainer (2-4 people) (2 groups of each rank) - Staff Assistant+ (DETERMINED ON-SCENE)

→Assistant (Dependable) - Kitchen Leader+ (DETERMINED ON-SCENE)

→Spectator (Unlimited) - Board of Directors+ (DETERMINED ON-SCENE)

What Each Role Does

Host: (Supervisor+) → Posts session shouts, locks the server, makes the announcements, and checks the number of trainings that SAs have attended. Teleports Trainees to their designated stations via UI.

Co-host: (Supervisor+) → Checks points in the discord log for each cashier/chef that is trying to train for the rank Senior Staff. You must name them Senior staff or the role that they need.

Promoter: (Assistant Manager+) → Promotes all of the passers from the session either to Senior Staff, Cashier, or Chef.

Assistant: (Kitchen Leader+) → They assist an assigned trainer. DO NOT assign assistants unless there are too many people in a group for a trainer to handle.

Trainers: (Staff Assistant+) → They are assigned to lead the training for a group of Cashiers or Chefs. Should run the whole training for that group with the help of Assistants.

Spectator: (Board of Directors+ and NEW Staff Assistants) → ONLY Board of Directors+ may spectate sessions. They do not get logged in training, though. The only other time another rank may spectate is if given permission by a HOD+ or if there’s a new coming Staff Assistant.

Only NEW Staff Assistants may spectate once for their first time so they understand how the training procedure works.

Expectations

→ DO NOT have side conversations before or during training, especially outside of PMS.
→ ALWAYS act professionally.
→ DO NOT abuse admin.
→ DO NOT abuse the camera.

:warning: If you notice a staff member that is breaking these expectations, message a corporate member or presidential member with screenshots providing proof of where this took place. If these expectations are broken, it may lead to a demotion or other consequences. :warning:

As the server host, you are to start and supervise the session. It is your responsibility to make sure that trainers are following the training tasks and regulations. Also, make sure that all management staff are using proper grammar and complying with admin use regulations. If you see any lack of compliance in the lists above, please message a member of the Human Resources department with a detailed report of the incident and clear proof.

The same naming technique goes for our assistants. You would change Trainer to Assistant, however.

End of Training

Near the end of training, you will need to log all staff that attended the training session. Do so by clicking the GUI button and following the directions. If the log doesn’t go through or you fail to log a staff member, let a member of the Human Resources Department know.

The following is the Cashier Script. This will be read by the Trainer but will be used by both the Trainer and Assistants. In the script there are examples of orders that you can use in the training process.

Script Begin

Please find an available register! We will begin shortly!

Hello! My name is username and this is my assistant, username.

We will be training you for the rank “cashier” today!

This training will be out of V points.

Trainees need III points to pass while Chefs need all points. I of the points must be from trivia.

Cashiers create orders and they are sent back to the Chefs.

Grammar is mandatory while in this training. Failure to utilize grammar will result in failure after III strikes.

Greetings are key to being a Cashier.

Greetings are totally customizable. Add a splash of creativity!

It is required to be grammatically correct and we suggest that you have it on copy and paste.

When one of us walks up to you, please state your greeting.

Now, we will learn how to send orders to the Chefs.

Everyone, please click on the screen of the register.

From there, type in the customer’s name in the section it asks for it. For now, just put my username.

After typing in my username, you will be prompted to the ordering section.

Each order can contain up to III items; hence, we have III slots for items.

Please click the first circle labeled ‘I’, you need to click it before putting in an order.

After you put in an item, you will need to select the next circle, this will be labeled as ‘II’.

Please close the GUI with the ‘X’ and we will be moving onto roleplay!

You must put in the order we ask into the GUI. You will then send it so we know if you got it correct.

We cannot repeat the order, so please pay your utmost attention to who is ordering.

Commence!

ORDER EXAMPLES:

  • I would like a vanilla cupcake with chocolate icing.
  • I would like a chocolate cake pop with strawberry icing.
  • I would like a regular vanilla milkshake.
(Feel free to make your own orders as well!)

We will now be moving onto trivia.

In this section, you will be answering questions that I send via PMs.

Each question is worth I point.

The PM will consist of II questions, that you need to answer.

PMs are Private Messages that appear at the bottom right of your screen.

To toggle them, click the PM. From there, you will click the text box and you will type the answer.

I will now be sending the PM, please remain inaudible as I do so.

:pm usernames [I] What does submitting an order do?
:pm usernames [II] What do you do if there are no registers open?

We will now be moving onto the trolling roleplay.

At Pastriez, we do not give warnings. We kindly ask to stop. After you ask them to stop, contact an MR+.

Exploiters get NO warnings, they are instantly banned. Contact an HR+ with proof of the exploiter.

When we come up to you, state your greeting as normal. Treat us as you would any customer.

Commence!

We will now review the last topic. Point cheating.

Point cheating is when you send an order for someone who didn’t order from you or you spam orders.

This fault is an instant demotion.

With the demotion, you will have your points wiped, meaning you won’t have any more points.

We can view your submitted orders at any time.

Any questions?

This training has concluded! Line up behind me, please.

When I walk out this door, you will follow me and line up at the white lines.

The following is the Chef Script. This will be read by the Trainer but will be used by both the Trainer and Assistants. In the script there are examples of orders that you can use in the training process.

Script Begin

Please spread out along the counter, we will begin shortly!

Hello! My name is [username] and this/these is/are my assistant(s), [username(s)].

We will be training you for the rank “Chef” today!

Welcome to the chef portion of this session! This training will be out of III points.

There will be III sections for this training.

The first stage will be the ordering stage, second will be trivia stage, and the last stage will be exploiter simulation.

Trainees will need to pass II of the III sections to attain II/III points to pass.

Cashiers need to pass all sections for III points to pass.

Grammar is mandatory during this training. Failure to utilize grammar will result in failure after III strikes.

To begin, allow me to describe your job as a chef!

In the bakery kitchen, there is an order queue which you can be added to by clicking ‘Join’ at the bottom of the GUI.

Once an order has been sent in, the order will appear on the right-hand side of your screen.

This order can contain up to III items, which you will then need to prepare and submit.

Do not worry about a hand command, as there is a submit button located at the bottom of the GUI.

Once you click this button, everything in your inventory will be sent to the customer.

Baking is a simple task, and we will be using our handy-dandy recipe guide to learn how to.

If you are on your PC, please open the recipe guide link located in our group description.

If you are on your tablet, please use your phone or another device to open the recipe guide.

This link is located in our group description.

Since everyone is now looking at the recipe guide, please take a few minutes to look over it and study it.

You are welcome to use it throughout the session.

We will now move onto the ordering stage.

When my assistant or I walk up to you, we will ask you to make something.

Please follow the recipe guide as it will locate where each item is and explain how to make each individual food/drink(s).

If you make it incorrectly, you will not get a point.

You will not need a greeting as you are a chef.

Commence!

ORDER EXAMPLES:
I would like a vanilla cupcake with chocolate icing.
I would like a chocolate cake pop with vanilla icing.
I would like a regular vanilla milkshake.
(Feel free to make your own orders as well!)

We will now be moving onto trivia.

In this section, you will be answering questions that I send via PMs.

Each question is worth half of a point. (.V)

The PM will consist of II questions, that you need to answer.

PMs are Private Messages that appear at the bottom right of your screen.

To toggle them, click the PM. From there, you will click the text box and you will type the answer.

I will now be sending the PM, please remain inaudible as I do so.

:pm usernames [I] Where is the recipe guide located?
:pm usernames [II] How do you receive an order to begin baking?

Great job everyone! We will now be moving onto the exploiting stage.

As the only customers you will get are exploiters, you will need to take this test.

We will walk up to you and simulate an exploiting simulation.

Please keep in mind that exploiters get NO warnings at all and you will need to take action immediately.

To contact an HR (Someone with the role emergency response), DM them via the communications server with screenshots.

Exploiters are different from trollers as they glitched into the kitchen.

Trollers, on the other hand, get asked to stop. Cashiers will deal with them as they are at the counter.

Commence!

This training has concluded! Line up behind me, please.

When I walk out this door, you will follow me and line up at the white lines.

The following is the Promoter Script. This will be read by the Promoter to the staff waiting to be ranked by them.

Script Begin

Hello! Congratulations on passing! Please line up at the white lines in front of me.

Before I rank you, there are rules you need to follow.

#I. You MUST utilize grammar in all Pastriez facilities.

#2. You are not allowed to disrespect or harass anybody.

I will now be ranking you to the designated rank.

:ranktochef username,username,username - Chef
:ranktocashier username,username,username - Cashier
:ranktoseniorstaff username,username,username - Senior Staff

If you are having any problems with being ranked, please inform an MR/HR so we can look into the issue.
