Outline without SelectionBox or double mesh

Hi :smiley:
I would like to give outlines to some parts or players and make these outlines visible through walls.
A SelectionBox is not an option because it doesnt fit the outline to objects with shapes other then a box.
Duplicating the mesh, flipping the normals and increasing the size of this duplicate is also not useful since I want the outline to exclusively show through walls.

I found two games that do this, but i can’t figure out how they did it.

The first does exactly what I want. You can see this outline in the below picture.
Above my characters head there is a car with a green outline.

The second isn’t exactly what I am looking for, but also interesting.
Mining Saga has some leaderboards at the spawn which are outlined. You can confirm that they didnt duplicate the mesh since the outline doesnt increase in thickness when getting closer to the objects.
The interesting part about this is, that when you move so some object is infront of the boards (take the green vine hanging in front of one of the boards), the outline adjusts.

This is exactly what your looking for: HighLight. Set the fill transparency to 1 and change the outline color
