Manaco is a Cafe group that aims to create a friendly environment at Roblox for everyone to enjoy! Here at Manaco, we offer a wide variety of beverages and pastries for you to appreciate! While at our cafe premises, you may order food, and possibly explore the map we’ve made primarily for our Customers!

Basic Information

Manaco Rules & Guidelines

Cafe Rules & Regulations:

  • Trolling is strongly prohibited and discouraged.
  • Exploiting is not allowed and will result in an instant banishment from the server.
  • Spamming is not tolerated and will end you up with instant removal from the server.
  • Bypassing the Roblox filtering system in order to cause disruption will lead to a (permanent) removal
    from the server.
  • All staff members are expected to use proper grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary.
  • You are to treat everyone with the utmost respect no matter their group rank.
  • You are not allowed to distribute and/or ask for any personal information that could potentially put someone in danger.
  • Any form of raiding will result in a permanent ban and a possible blacklist from re-entering our cafe.
  • Do not advertise your game/business. If you wish to grow your industry go to the appropriate place to do so.
Affiliate Requirements & Information

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Your group must contain at least 500 members.
  • Your group must not be a military or fan group.
  • Your group needs to be active and have a good reputation.
  • Your group must not sell any MR+ ranks.
  • You must have active and professional staff members.
  • You must have an active and professional discord server.
  • You must have a good reputation in the business industry and have no Roblox violations.

Session Schedule

TRAINING SESSION SCHEDULE:

Session 1: 10AM EDT
Session 2: 2PM EDT
Session 3: 6PM EDT

Shifts are hosted at random times every day, if you wish to attend any of our shifts you may stay up-to-date with our group shouts.

Q: How do I work at Manaco?

A: In order to work at Manaco you’ll have to join our group and apply at our Application Center.

Q: If I fail a session, may I attend again?

A: As a matter of fact, absolutely! We strongly encourage Trainees that failed their session for whatever reason to re-try until they’ve perfected their ability to work at our cafe!

Rank Descriptions & Limitations

[WIP]

Customer(Unlimited)

A Customer is a valued visitor that joined our Roblox group. Customers are now eligible to apply and become staff members.

Business Partners(Unlimited)

Business Partners are noteworthy guests that represent one Manaco’s partnerships.

Noted Customer(Unlimited)

Noted Customers are distinguishable individuals that have previously worked at Manaco as High Ranks+, or they’ve contributed to the group in numerous ways.

Trainee(Unlimited)

Trainees is the first rank you may achieve once you’ve successfully joined Manaco’s staff team. As a trainee, you’re expected to attend a training session and work within the group’s premises professionally.

Junior Barista(Unlimited)

Junior Baristas are to work behind a counter and serve customers by making some of Manaco’s delicious goods.

Barista(Unlimited)

Baristas, along with Junior Baristas and Senior Baristas help to serve and please customers at Manaco. Baristas also answer questions and direct customers around the restaurant to ensure the best experience. They are also responsible for helping other Low Ranks in need.

Senior Barista(Unlimited)

Senior Baristas, along with Junior Baristas and Baristas help to serve and please customers at Manaco. Baristas also answer questions and direct customers around the restaurant to ensure the best experience. They are also responsible for helping other Low Ranks in need.

Management Intern(20)

Management Intern is the lowest Middle Rank at Manaco. They are freshly promoted Senior Baristas in a trial period until they are an official MR in this group.

Staff Assistant(40)

Staff Assistant is the second official Middle Rank at Manaco. They have been promoted to their current rank after going through the trial. Staff Assistants are tasked with supervising Manaco’s premises as well as

Promotion Guide to Management Intern (Middle Rank)

In order to be promoted to Management Intern and reach your next big milestone within Manaco, we expect you to follow some, if not all of our tips and leave a positive contribution towards Manaco.

TIPS in order to be promoted to Management Intern

  • Be active and work behind a register at our cafe premises for a minimum of 4 days.
  • Do not go around asking people if they want a beverage and/or pastry, instead, let them come to you.
  • The majority of your time while working at shifts should be spent being behind a register, however, you’re welcome to take occasional breaks.
  • Any form of hinting is strongly prohibited and will probably backfire throughout your journey.
  • While working, make sure to remain professional and polite towards everyone.
  • Use proper grammar, punctuation, and a high-level vocabulary (keep it understandable though).

Assistance Information

Ban Appeals Guide

In the event, you were banned from any of our premises and you wish your server or permanent ban revoked you may ship in an attraction to a Chief Human Recourses Officer, answering the questions listed below in an orderly fashion. Once sent, allow the Human Recourses Department to evaluate your application and decide whether you should pass or not. Finally, please keep in mind that if you’re caught abusing this system the privilege to appeal may be revoked from you using it again.
