The Pablo’s Group
At Pablo’s, we are actively open to receiving alliance requests in order to further expand our organizations together. However, we have basic requirements that we expect your group to achieve before considering sending an alliance application. Some of these requirements may be negotiable upon further discussion, in which case your group must reach all other requirements.
Group Requirements:
Must have at least 10,000 group members
Our allies must have a level of stability within their group members, as this allows us to gather a further indication as to how active the group is. We are willing to negotiate this requirement, providing the group reaches our standards of activity.
Must have consistent group and in-game activity
We wish to see consistency regarding in-game activity, which may include (but is not limited to) staff activity, number of visitors and average in-game players. We also prefer to see engagement within our allies’ communities, which could include (but again, are not limited to) scheduled training sessions and interviews.
Must be a well-organized, professional and mature group
It is preferred that our allies have a Discord server which is both managed and kept under control, in order to announce our events to a wider community. Moreover, we wish to see professionalism being executed from staff in their group game(s). We will not form alliances with groups that sell MR+ ranks or offer ‘pay to win’ strategies for staff to earn promotions quickly. Additionally, we expect for MR+ staff of our alliances to remain professional in any of the Pablo’s premises.
Must be able and willing to announce Pablo’s events
At Pablo’s, we are fully prepared to announce and promote any events that our allies host, however we expect this to be reflected. We wish to engage with the communities of our allies to the best of our ability when events are hosted, and hope to benefit both groups in doing so.
Must have active representatives to ensure efficient communication
One of the most important aspects of an alliance is ensuring healthy and consistent communication between groups. At Pablo’s, we are prepared to inform representatives of our alliances with any events we would like them to announce, however we expect this to be returned. This will ensure that our communities have as much opportunity to get involved with each other as possible
