In the past 3 days me and my co-workers have been experiencing frequent crashing leading to lots of frustration & potential data loss. Specifically – studio will completely close, randomly, for seemingly no reason.
Crashes happen between 5-45 minute intervals making working almost impossible. Crash logs have lead us to believe it’s related to packages and removing them from our game has completely solved the issue.
Happens on all platforms and games with packages present.
Edit: Having an abundance of packages (20+) may also be a large factor in these crashes. Seems to be more frequent.
