Paid access game not allowing players to join

I have had several reports of my game being unable to be played, and currently haven’t had a single play since I started advertising.

When a player clicks to buy access, this message appears.

I am currently running sponsoring, so this is a waste of robux, at the moment.

Edit - I’ve had one player join successfully now. Problem may be fixed. Mb if it was a hasty report

I think it is fixed, it allowed me to buy access.
