So I have this character, it’s sorta R15 looking
but I’m not sure if all joints are exactly like the R15 character.
Eitherway, I need a few animations for him. Realistic looking.
Animations such as: Idle, Running, Jumping, Crouching (?), Throwing fireball, Spawning fires

This is one of my animations for my upcoming game Flight. Although it is really quick, I could still try and give your animations a go 
Quick question;
What kind of character is coming through the animations?
And do they know they are on fire?

Dictates the type of animation, whether you want it to be a general animation for multiple characters, or just for this one.
EG:
This character is fast, light and very hyper-active. They do not know they’re on fire.
Idle animation - Fidgety, lots of looking around, suddenly realizes their arms are on fire, calm, repeat
Running - barely touches the ground, big strides, lots of power
Just stuff to give an extra layer of visual distinction
Idle 1: Fidgety dude who throws stuff.

Aha! No he isn’t hurt by being on fire, he’s an elemental. He can be fire or ice.
Also, provided those animations you provided, tho they be dank, it’s not the type of quality I’m looking for.
The idle animation should be something like this:
No probs, they were made to be placeholders
