Panik 2 is receiving many reports of failed connections

My game recently started getting a bunch of reports of players not being able to connect. (ID = 17; Connection attempt failed) (Error Code: 279). This can happen on any device, any internet connection, and whether they’re joining from the website/application or being teleported to places within the game. This is severely affecting gameplay, as players who are about to enter a round are often disconnected after the teleport, forcing them to rejoin the lobby or just give up the game altogether.

I’ve looked into the possibility of it being a memory leak, but it’s unlikely to be the cause as it’s occurring in every kind of server (brand new lobby servers, older lobby servers, and brand new private round servers). I’m wondering if it may be an issue on Roblox’s end or if I can get some insight as to what may be causing this to happen.

Not sure why you’re reposting an exact duplicate of a report you made 24 hours ago. Not gonna get it any more or less attention.

I originally posted it under the wrong subcategory & I wanted to add more information in case it helps any Roblox admins so I made a new post. I appreciate the concern though.

You should edit the post or contact someone to move it for you… new information can be added via a simple edit or a reply. You’re breaking forum rules by making multiple reports on the same issue. I shouldn’t need to be telling you this considering your reputability

Same thing. My game features an AFK area and players get automatically teleported to avoid the anti-idle kick. Sometimes it will result in this error. Same thing for players trying to teleport to new servers through a Play Again button (meaning even fresh reserved servers have this issue).
Also, this started happening around this past weekend.

Same timeframe for me, it started happening on Saturday afternoon and I had 0 reports of it before then
