I’ve been working on translating a game recently and some of the text starts with a parenthesis. Since I lost it between the translated text, I decided to try searching for it. To my surprise, I got stuck in an infinite search loop.
How to reproduce:
- Open the Roblox Localization Suite in any game.
- Make sure that at least one of the entries starts with a parenthesis.
- Search for an entry that starts with a parenthesis.
How it should be?
It should give you the search result.
What actually happens?
I get stuck in an infinite search loop.
This happens 100% of the time.
