Part has 2 shadows?

For some reason, when I put a roof onto the thing I’m building, there are 2 shadows:
The “Default” shadow and the Future shadow

Could someone show me how to make the Default shadow stop appearing?

Is the roof object a mesh? Does this happen on a new baseplate?

It’s just a part with a custom texture, a way to replicate this (atleast in my case) is to set the ClockTime in Lighting to 7

Oh, wait. I see where the shadow is coming from. It’s coming from the rail and the roof part.

Yeah, I know, Im talking about the shadow you didn’t mention, the one in the middle thats making the floor look like its dirty

To disable the ShadowMap and keep the Future settings, all you have to do is select Lighting in your Explorer and disable GlobalShadows.

This is kinda frustrating since most of the light in my game relies on the sun, but it is a solution nonetheless

It’s not a good solution in your case.

Can you show me the locations of the light in your game?
