Part scaling in opposite direction of handle being dragged in Roblox Studio

Summary
Dragging one of the handles for scaling a part in Roblox Studio should only change the part’s size in the direction of the handle. However, I have encountered a bug that is causing the part to be scaled slightly in the opposite direction as well. I do not know the cause for this.

Reproduction Steps
Scale a part in one direction

Expected Result
The part should only be scaled in the direction of the scale handle being dragged

Actual Result
The part is scaled in the direction opposite of the scale handle as well, very slightly

Is this part unioned or grouped by chance? Nevermind, this is weird. Never encountered it before. Did this start to happen after the newest studio update?

The only time I was able to replicate this is holding shift down.

It’s just a normal part. I just encountered this, so I’m not sure.

I haven’t encountered this since, but I was wondering if there were any updates to this regardless.

I am encountering this again and would therefore like to bump this topic.

Could you share a reduced test case file where the problem happens? I’m unable to reproduce this even with very large parts very far from the origin.

It may occur with tiny parts instead, actually! That is what seems to be the case.

Following up to see if you got my reply! Both instances of me experiencing this involved a very small part.

This bug seems to be more intense when the part has the minimum size.
