Part to Starter Character?

Hello i am trying to add just a part to the starter character but don’t want to change the entire avatar is there a way i can do this?

As what im trying to do is add an invisible part to roblox character that has blood particle, so when you take damage the particle will become enabled. Then not enabled after like 0.5 or 1 second

Just do it so when a player’s character is added you would parent the part to the players character

How do i make the part connected to the torso?

You would create a weld, with part0 of the weld being the Torso and part1 being the part.
