A particle emiiter is . . . already 2d . . .
Are you like looking for a plugin FOR particles? Or are you reffering to like 2d like celeste for example?
As for that would be done with like image labels with textures on 'em

Thanks, I actually tried to use this plugin a bit but it kinda complicated.
I guess I have to learn how to use it since there is no plugin to replace it lol.

I made that, it’s fully custom built but it’s not how you want it to be. It works fully with code rather than your average Particle Emitter.
Oh wow, I am suck at coding too. Guess I will try to go deeper to figure out what’s the best plugin for me. Thanks for telling me about this.
