Particle following camera

I’m working on a particle effect for my game and I’m trying to make an effect where when you touch a part a circle will make it seem as if it exploded to show completion. The problem is I don’t know how to make this not follow the player camera and make it still but move by expanding the size. I’ve tried messing with the orientation but I don’t know any other solution.

Have you heard about orientation?

I messed with orientation but nothing worked.

Perpendicular works but parallel doesn’t for me.

How can I make the particle expand but not move forward?
