Roblox Studio currently does not apply any visual changes after modifying the TimeScale property of ParticleEmitter objects. It seems to not occur for everyone.
Open up Baseplate or any place file
Spawn a Part
Parent a ParticleEmitter under the Part
Change the TimeScale to 0
System Information
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 @3.4 GHz, 32 GB, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660, Windows 10
Expected Behavior
I expect the TimeScale property to behave like the Roblox client, slowing down and/or freezing the Particle depending on the value of the property.
Actual Behavior TimeScale does not do anything.

Hello! I understand that these things take time, but do you have any new updates? It has been roughly four months since this issue was reported, and it is still occurring, making development with particles challenging.
This issue might have been fixed as it no longer occurs for me. I do not know if it was something I did or a Roblox Studio update.
A couple of days ago, I was temporarily banned for uploading audio. Afterward, I encountered an error when trying to join Roblox games and I deleted my AppData for Roblox, according to a Google search it was a fix(RIP my local plugins and settings). After doing so, TimeScale started to work in Roblox Studio.
