Particles and beams bugging

Apologies if this is in the wrong section, I couldn’t find a section about game bugs.

I’m currently having issues with particles and beams.
When enabled they are on but depending on where my camera is they will bug or not show at all.

I have attached a clip below to elaborate on what I am attempting to say.
