Particles rotate randomly when not meant to

I’ve been trying to make a slash effect using particles but every time the particles emit there’s a chance that the slash itself is rotated in a random direction and not the direction, I want it to be in. The particles rotation is a fixed number and the rotation speed is set to 0.

i dont know what the issue is
im still trying to figure it out

if you have spread angle higher than 0, set it to 0. That might help
