Parts lagging when colliding with Terrain

Hello, I am trying to achieve to make a Tsunami with TweenService, however, it lags a LOT when touching terrain parts, this issue happens as well with BodyVelocity, tweenservice maintains its speed, although it still lags.

I want my tsunami to not lag and move as if there was nothing in the path, am I doing anything wrong? how can I fix this lag?

But you could try optimizing the roblox studio and Roblox Program by selecting parts that are annoying for the project just put that away and you will see how lag goes

The tsunami is an union though, also it has to collide YES or YES, i cant imagine a flying wave lom

Ok, so I’ve been told that either anchoring it, using noncolliding constraints or colliding groups would fix it, none of them fixed the lag EXCEPT anchoring it, however it works for tweenservice only, if ur using bodyvelocity, it wont work, THANK YOU!! @PseudoPerson found the solution
