My parts move and scale to 1 stud and I want to move a part 0.1 stud because I can make more complex stuff, I am sorry if this confused you, just ask and I will provide a video of what I mean.

If you go to the model tab in roblox studio, and then click on the thing where it says move, then set the numbers to 0.1

You can change the increment under Model in Studio.
Alternatively you can change the coordinates of your parts if it’s more precise. You can do this by looking in the part’s properties and changing the Position.

This never was a problem but i factory reset my pc and i forgot my studio presets and didnt figure out how to change my movement back to 0.1
