Parts not anchoring when moving during runtime

Reproduction Steps

  1. Select the move tool, and move any part during runtime.

Expected Behavior

The part is supposed to temporarily anchor when moving it.
This was how it was around a month ago, and before.

Actual Behavior

The part doesn’t anchor, therefore falling when not moving mouse.

Issue Area: Engine
Issue Type: Other , I think?
Impact: Low Annoying
Frequency: Constantly
