Parts or Meshes?

I’m currently working on a FPS game and would like opinions on whether to “build” primarily with Roblox Studios or a 3D modeling software like Blender.

If I had a 15 second load-time in between matches for the maps, should I just use all meshes?
Would that be more lag-efficient than using Roblox parts?

As for texturing, if I were to import a building texture into a mesh on Roblox I’d only need one texture vs. texturing each and every wall with Roblox parts. Opinions?

I would suggest building with Blender it gets more detail and better texture than Roblox Studio parts. It also saves more time if you use meshes from Blender.

If you know 3D modeling, that will always be the most efficient route.
If you would need to learn how to 3D model, build with parts and replace assets as you learn.

Just have to remember that mesh parts take longer to load especially for mobile but streaming enabled can take care of that. Otherwise that could be optimal if your reusing the same low poly (lower than standard brick), mesh parts that are textured on only the exposed sides to build.
