Hiring Information

We open our applications 24/7 to members of our group, simply head to our Job Centre and complete our quiz to become a Trainee! Once you become a Trainee, you will take part in a mandatory in-game system training session, conducted by AI which will give you tutorials and assessments and evaluate your ability to become a Chef! Training also operates 24/7 and will occur automatically upon you joining the restaurant as a Trainee with the aforementioned process. Do not be disheartened if you fail your application or initial Chef training as you can reapply as many times as you wish!

If you pass your Trainee assessment, and become a Chef, you will gain points by creating orders based on your customer feedback and pace in-game, these points will then grant you automatic promotions throughout the ranks.

Only Team Leaders can apply to become Supervisors so you would have to follow one of the above processes in order to qualify to become a Supervisor. Our Supervisor Applications are also open 24/7 to Team Leaders, on our community server, however there is a maximum capacity we hold for Supervisors. So if your application is successful, you would be placed on a waiting list and your activity/behaviour as a Team Leader would be closely monitored by a Coordinator to ensure you are performing in consistency with the standards we hold for our Supervisors.

Working at the Restaurant

As mentioned in our hiring information, you will conduct an automatic system training after obtaining the ‘Trainee’ role to become a Chef, upon being successful, you’ll be auto-ranked to Junior Chef and you can start serving guests behind the counter.

Guests submit their orders through an interactive ordering system UI at our counter, a ticket will then be created for the guest’s order which will show on the order board and a Chef will claim an order to make. The chef will prepare the order accordingly to accommodate the guest’s requests and cook the Pasta for 15 seconds, the Chef will then mark the order on the ticket as complete and the guest will be notified to collect the order at the counter, the Chef will then hand the item to the guest!

When you are giving guests their orders, make sure you tell them to enjoy and ask them if they need anything else like a drink, fork or napkin, etc (which can all be located behind the counter and at many self-service desks throughout the restaurant for guests to obtain themselves) - but it’s nice to ask!
