Restaurant Builder - Pasta Express

Thanks for taking an interest in my post, my name is Cey and I’m a reputable UI Designer on the Roblox platform. I have recently started an all-new, uniquely themed restaurant group - Pasta Express, with already 2,000 members and a growing community, we are looking to proceed to the next stage of development before launching our group - searching for the right Builder to construct our restaurant. 
We are looking for an experienced Builder to construct a minimalistic, cartoony themed low-poly fast-food, pasta-based restaurant. 
Negotiable pay - can accomodate both Robux and USD
No set budget, happy to pay the right price as long as it’s reasonable and the final product is sufficient (up to 100K robux)
Looking for the build to be completed by May
On top of the generous proposed pay, Builder will receive an agreed % of game revenue
Original game concept no other group is doing - rapidly growing community
