"Paste Into" shortcut not working.

Using the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + V (aka Paste Into) no longer works in studio. Activating this action via the right click interaction menu still works so the issue is purely with the shortcut. I am currently using the new explorer but issue may also persist on the old explorer.

EDIT: this issue seems to only happen while the script editor is opened.

System Info:

  • Windows 10 ver 22H2
  • RTX 3080
  • Ryzen 9 9800X3D

Does selecting anything in the explorer (after copying) enable the paste option?

yup even grayedout too for me. very annoying in certain instances.

On the old explorer, this only happens while in the Script Editor (Atleast for me)

I also have this issue with a custom shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+C : Select All Children), where the shortcut doesn’t work at first until I execute the command with the right-click menu, after that the command starts working again. I don’t know if this bug is related to the same cause, but I hope it is.

This is also happening to me as well. Blocking my workflow.

Also happening for me, but cannot resolve with context menu.
It does work for new places (empty baseplates) but not existing ones.
