This document details and explains our Staff Policy. Every new Management member is required to read over this guide.

Explanation
The following policies are expected to be followed by all Management Members. Failure to follow the policies stated in this post will result in punishment. Punishments are decided by the Human Resources Department and in rare cases are handed over to the Presidential Team to handle. Some punishments are already listed below the policy. Those punishments will be considered.
Leaking
Leaking of any Management-Only chats, documents, and more is strictly prohibited and will absolutely not be tolerated. Punishments include: Immediate Termination, Blacklist
Examples include but are not limited to:
- Taking a screenshot of Management Chat and sharing it.
- Sharing this document.
- Talking about anything announced in Management-Announcements.
Sharing Accounts
Sharing your ROBLOX or DISCORD account is not allowed at Pastriez. By giving an individual access to your account you are granting them access to change someone’s rank, edit the group shout, and worst of all ruin your reputation at Pastriez. Punishments Include: Immediate Termination, Blacklist
Trolling
Trolling at any Pastriez game, Pastriez alliance, or any game is not allowed and will not be tolerated. This includes making alternate accounts to troll on. Punishments Include: Suspension, Demotion, Termination
Customer/Staff Respect
Disrespecting any guest or staff member at Pastriez will not be tolerated. This goes all the way down to the ROBLOX TOS. Punishments Include: Suspension, Demotion, Termination. Blacklist
Grammar
Grammar is required in the Bakery and at affiliated groups games. We do not require grammar in our communications server. Punishments Include: Suspension, Demotion
Admin Abuse
Admin Abuse is strictly prohibited at Pastriez and will not be tolerated. Punishments Include: Suspension, Demotion, Termination, Blacklist
Definition:
Using your Admin Commands to disrupt player gameplay
Examples include but are not limited to:
- :shutdown
- :kick all
- :ban all
- :bring all
Resignations
Resignations must be turned in a day before you resign. The posting of your resignation is decided by the Human Resources Department. Leaving the group without notifying a member of the Human Resources Department will result in a blacklist from becoming MR. Resigning without notifying a member of the Human Resources Department a day in advance will result in a blacklist from becoming an MR. Punishments Include: Blacklist

Informing us about a hacked account
If you are aware your ROBLOX or DISCORD account has been hacked let us know immediately. We will suspend the account until you have control over it again. If you lose the account and make a new one we will switch your old account out with the new one.
