Paying 50K+ R$ for Large RP Map

This is for an update I’m working on for Animation Lab. Here’s a demo.
I’d like to release it in about 2 or 3 weeks

I want the map divided into different areas dedicated to RP genres. They should be somewhat divided by mountains, forests, hills or whatever looks awesome.

Themes I have in mind
Modern city (high priority)
About 4-16 buildings
Think along the lines of: Houses, coffee shop, club, swimming pool, street lights, a park etc.
A beach would be great

Medieval fantasy
About 4-8 buildings, a small castle, fantasy caves (I love glowing mushrooms for lighting)
Use your imagination

Forest
Could merge with fantasy.
Tree house, caves, trees
Maybe even tailor an area for playing as a cat; I’d like to add them later :]

Sci-fi (low priority)
Use your imagination

Technical stuff
It would be nice to have a somewhat low part-count; I’d like this to run on mobile devices well. Super fun is better than super highly detailed.
There will probably be 50+ players per servers, and I’d like to keep them distributed across the map so they don’t load more than a few dozen characters at a time.
The character models appear about 7.25 studs tall by default. Physically they are a normal robloxian.
I can randomly generate animated trees myself, but feel free to make your own static ones.
Doors can be left open, or I can animate them if they are organized consistently and contain a part that establishes what axis it goes around.
Pretty much everything should be anchored, unless something is more awesome when unanchored.
If scripts are necessary, they should be simple, well-documented and compatible with FE.
The game has a day-night cycle, so keep that in mind when doing lighting.

Awesome things
Good lighting, floor materials (everything has footstep sounds), triangle terrain, easter eggs, windows, multidimensional-ness (like cliffs or ravines), caves, voxel water, Folders, replayability

I’ll cover the tax, and you can collaborate if you want.
I would like it functional by March 1st, but if you need more time I can pay you in chunks for each area of the map you add.

Make it a fun map to explore or hang out in, and have fun making it.
You should probably be an insanely good builder and know it B)
If you’re interested, spend a little time working on a sample and send me screenshots

That time frame is unrealistically short for what you’re asking. At most a talented builder could slopily throw togeather some models they’d made in the past for this project in the time frame.

At the least what you’re asking for would take upwards of five weeks to produce something “use able” and without a coherant design allready inplace, you’d be battleing both your and the builder’s vision.

I know it’s a pretty short time frame, so I’m offering quite a bit. I also don’t expect a perfect map. I’ll give the builder quite a bit of freedom with this.

Dang I was hoping the timeline would be longer so I can get out my cast cause I can’t build with a cast on. Next time you need one i’ll be able to make it tho!

Well that counts me out. I humbly disagree with that Super Fun is better.

Give me quality or give me death!

Why? One hint of framerate lag due to map quality and I’m out of that game!

I just liked to be “wow’d” with place detail. Probably has something to do with me being knee deep in realism art.

Either way, I don’t wanna derail this…
