Dear ROBLOXians/ Roblox Admins,
I can’t redeem my RIXTY code that I got with the website. (Log in to Roblox)
In the Netherlands I buyed a UKash Voucher (RIXTY Voucher)
After that I tried to fil in the information inside the PIN field. I couldn’t fill the PIN in, since the input field is too small. (It won’t let me type more then ‘X’ Characters.)
Since that didn’t work, I clicked on ‘Already a Rixty Account, click here.’ Clicked that and it brings me to a ‘page’ where I can purchase only with RIXTY, (instead of the ROBLOX Credit + Rixty that I wanted.)
I’m quite frustrated with the fact that I just spend 30 Dollars for nothing really. It is a Project account from a big game that I and a few others are launching soon. I send a email to info@roblox.com about this matter, and I hope I can still get my 6 Months of BC Membership.
Tl;dr; Please add support for ‘UKash’ (A official RIXTY type) for the Input field at the page mentioned in the post.
