Despite sending one-time payouts, the payouts tab in the group finances is left blank. There is no way to confirm my payouts were sent successfully and I am concerned that they are not going through.

This tab isn’t for displaying logs of group payouts. You can access logs of these in the audit log of your group.
This tab is for displaying payouts you’ve received from assets like models that you’ve sold for real $$$ on the Creator Store.
I see, thanks for the info, I can indeed see the info in the audit logs. Thanks @bvetterdays .
@starhiker13 if this is confirmed, the bug can be closed. I just find it a little odd to have to navigate to a non-monetization-specific place to see my payments.
Yea this tab is something different which isn’t really clarified so it can be confusing 
I am pretty sure it is used when buying stuff like plugins on the creator marketplace
To actually check payouts you need to go to your groups configure page > audit log and you can filter by payouts
