PBR making decals turn black depending on the sun location

This is kind of a newish bug since I just experienced this today, I don’t know if im the only one experiencing this right now.
It seems to happen when the characters face the sun and when there’s a PBR on the meshpart (specifically on the head)

(I know, its creepy)
And if you’re half facing the sun it can look like this

Any type of light instances don’t seem to have an effect on this, its just where the sun is located at the moment

Expected behavior

I dont recall ever experiencing this type of issue, it just worked like a normal decal
I believe it could have something to do with the new TintMask feature on PBR?
