PBR Meshes are not the same as in studio

It seems as if the PBR is not showing the same way it is supposed to in game, does anyone know the solution to this?
Other PBR seems to work perfectly fine however it is just this that is odd.

Adding on, the following errors have popped up.

Those errors usually mean that your Roblox Client has timed out from trying to load such high quality PBR textures and failed to load them in. Again, I am not totally sure on this but it’s likely.

I have just tested this on a stand alone base plate with the same textures, seems as if this is the source of the problem, a lower quality texture resolves the problem.
