Hey everyone, I’ve encountered a problem that I don’t know how to apply a solution to.
I got some PBR textures which work perfectly, though the only problem is that unless it’s a cube/rectangular figure, the textures won’t be displayed properly.
The first image is the PBR texture as a rectangle, and the second image is a PBR texture but it doesn’t show. These are both meshes. Anything will help, thanks!
This is just the way PBR works, it requires tiles rather than letting you use it on rectangles or longer shapes. This is the thing Roblox should consider working on in regards to PBR. For now, you’ll have to stick with the good old square brick.
I managed to find a solution to it, I just had to unwrap it initially before exporting it as an obj. Tough that I haven’t found it earlier. Thanks for the feedback.
Unwrapping it appears to give me more options, but still not a solution to the above problem
