Just tested this myself in my old test place; the same thing happens on mine as well. Weird. When you move it, you can see the PBR textures. It’s almost as if they’re just below the surface rather than on top of it. Works perfectly fine when the AlphaMode is set to “Overlay.” “Transparency” just doesn’t seem to stick.
