Puff Dough Pastries was founded by Vanglipsz. Inspired by the fun of creating baked goods and sweet treats. Puff Dough Pastries highlights the joys of making beautiful and delicious dishes and help you discover your love for baking! Come on down and visit the Bakery to have a taste of our variety of treats! You could also take a trip to our application and training center to get started as a cashier!

Regulations

Upon following the Roblox Terms of Service, Puff Dough has additional regulations that we expect our customers and staff members to abide. Failing to comply with our regulations will result in receiving moderation consequences on our premises.

Respect is mandatory for everyone in the Puff Dough community. Under no circumstances are members prohibited to Discriminate, Bully, Harass, or Violate others due to their Race, Gender, Ethnicity, Religion, Culture, Sex, or Orientation.
Any form of NSFW, Gore, or Violence is strictly prohibited. This community is meant to remain safe for all members.
Posting messages to advertise other servers, groups, or games is prohibited. We additionally do not allow for advertisement in DM’s, please contact a moderator from Puff Dough if you receive a DM advertisement from a member of the Puff Dough community.
All personal information such as your phone number, address, password, school, or ID should not be shared with ANYONE to keep you, your family, and your friends safe; you never know who you are talking to online. Furthermore, asking for private information is forbidden and doxing someone is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Impersonating any player or rank such as MR, HR, or SHR is prohibited. This means you may not copy the username of another player or pretend to be of a certain rank that you are not.
Roblox Terms of Services are to be followed as instructed, if you are curious as to what these terms are they are listed here: Roblox Terms of Service.
Provoking and encouraging bad behavior are unacceptable as this could lead to more serious and complicated issues that could have been avoided.
Grammar is mandatory for management in specific channels and optional for low-ranking members. Please keep in mind that all members must have decent communication skills and grammar as well, to make it comprehensible for staff and other members.
Any classified information is strictly prohibited from being leaked or shared with members who do not have access. This could be development progress, management chats, or discussions.
Any complaints or disagreements against moderation actions are to be discussed in ⁠the communications server or to an HR, it is not appropriate to argue, fight, or be aggressive towards the moderator if you disagree with their decision as it could lead to further moderation actions.

The Puff Dough staff team has the permission to issue a warning to those who do break our regulations. Our Staff Assistants+ have been given the authority to enforce a ban on anyone who does break these regulations.

Alliance Guide

Do you wish to form an affiliate with Puff Dough? Well you must meet the following guidelines below. Failure to meet any of the expectations listed will result in an automatic decline in your application. Puff Dough is looking for exceptional groups to form alliances with and to do so, requirements are set for groups to meet in terms of activity, professionalism, organization, and communication. If you meet these requirements below, do not hesitate to contact one of our Public Relation Directors.

Requirements:

The group must have at least 150 members.
Your game does not sell Medium-Rank+ roles.
Must be professional and present a good reputation.
Your group must contain real players, not botted members.
The group must be willing to announce Puff Dough events in their communications server.
Must provide 1-2 representatives.

Application

If your group meets the Puff Dough requirements and you are interested in allying, please answer the questions below in a Google Document. Make sure to use grammar and answer the questions fully. Once completed, please send the completed application to any individual in the Public Relations Department. It will take up to 48 hours for your application to be reviewed and for results to be sent. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns regarding alliances, feel free to DM any individual in Public Relations. We wish you the best of luck!

Ban Appeal

Puff Dough is a community that is intended to be as safe as possible. We do not tolerate any inappropriate behavior within Puff Dough. If you are found breaking any of our rules and policies, the staff team will take action. These include a termination, game-ban, and communications server bans from our community. Lucky, here at Puff Dough we believe in giving second chances when warranted. If you have been banned and are interested in appealing, please read the requirements below.

You can find the ban appeal here:
You must wait up to 48 hours in order to appeal.
Please wait up to 72 hours for us to review your request.
In the case your appeal gets denied, you are permitted to submit another appeal after 2 weeks.
Trolling in your appeal will result in your ban appeal being declined and no longer being able to appeal again.
Puff Dough may decline your appeal for any given reason.
Your appeal must show effort to show you have changed from your mistakes.

Rank Information

Low Ranks

Cashier: This role was made for Trainees after they have completed and passed their training. They are now responsible for taking orders using the register. There are no limits to this role.

Assistant Baker: This role was made for Cashiers after they have attended and passed the baker training. They are responsible for taking orders, making orders, and serving orders to our customers. There are no limits to this role.

Baker: This role was made for Assistant Bakers after they have reached 500 Baker Points. They are responsible for taking orders, making orders, and serving orders to our customers. There are no limits to this role.

Head Baker: This role was made for Bakers after they have reached 1,000 Baker Points. They are responsible for taking orders, making orders, and serving orders to our customers. There are no limits to this role.

Kitchen Leader: This role was made for Head Bakers after they have reached 5,000 Baker Points. They are responsible for assisting in supervising, taking orders, making orders, and serving orders to our customers. There are no limits to this role.

Medium Ranks

Staff Assistant: Staff Assistant is the first Medium-Rank role. This role was made for members who have been promoted and passed the MR training. They are responsible for maintaining and supervising Puff Dough Pastries, as well as attending shifts, assisting in trainings, and answering emergencies. Additionally, they can warn and kick individuals. Max number of Staff Assistants is 70 and cannot be exceeded unless given permission by the Owner.

Supervisor: Supervisor is the second Medium-Rank role. This role was made for Staff Assistants who have proved they are capable of moving up the ranks. They are responsible for maintaining and supervising Puff Dough Pastries, as well as attending shifts, leading or assisting in trainings, and answering emergencies. Additionally, they can warn and kick individuals. Max number of Supervisor is 50 and cannot be exceeded unless given permission by the Owner.

Assistant Manager: Assistant Manager is the third Medium-Rank role. This role was made for Supervisors who have proved they are capable of moving up the ranks. They are responsible for maintaining and supervising Puff Dough Pastries, as well as attending shifts, co-hosting, leading, or assisting in trainings, and answering emergencies. Additionally, they can now temporarily ban individuals alongside warning and kicking. Max number of Assistant Managers is 40 and cannot be exceeded unless given permission by the Owner.

Manager: Manager is the fourth Medium-Rank role. This role was made for Assistant Managers who have proved they are capable of moving up the ranks. They are responsible for maintaining and supervising Puff Dough Pastries, as well as attending shifts, Hosting, leading, or assisting in trainings, and answering emergencies. Max number of Managers is 30 and cannot be exceeded unless given permission by the Owner.

Senior Manager: Senior Manager is the fifth Medium-Rank role. This role was made for Managers who have proved they are capable of moving up the ranks. They are responsible for maintaining and supervising Puff Dough Pastries, as well as attending shifts, Hosting, leading, or assisting in trainings, and answering emergencies. Max number of Senior Managers is 20 and cannot be exceeded unless given permission by the Owner.

High Ranks

Assistant Director: Assistant Director is the first High-Rank role. This role serves as an internship for HRs to decide on which department they’d like to join. They are responsible for maintaining and supervising not only Puff Dough Pastries but also our Communications Server, as well as attending shifts, spectating trainings, and answering to emergencies. Additionally, they are now able to permanently ban alongside warning, kicking, and temporarily banning individuals. Max number of Assistant Directors is 10 and cannot be exceeded unless given permission by the Owner.

Public Relations Director: Public Relations Director is the second High-Rank role. This role is made for Assistant Directors who have proved they are worthy of upholding their designated department. They are responsible for hosting alliance visits, game nights, QOTDs, and activities to keep the community thriving with excitement. They still have the responsibilities of maintaining and supervising not only Puff Dough Pastries but also our Communications Server, while also spectating trainings. Additionally, they are able to permanently ban alongside warning, kicking, and temporary banning individuals. Max number of Public Relations Directors is 4 and cannot be exceeded unless given permission by the Owner.

Employment Director: Employment Director is the second High-Rank role. This role is made for Assistant Directors who have proved they are worthy of upholding their designated department. They are responsible for creating and updating applications, handbooks, guidelines, and discussing management promotions and staff consequences. They still have the responsibilities of maintaining and supervising not only Puff Dough Pastries but also our Communications Server, while also spectating trainings and managing required staff hours. Additionally, they are now able to terminate or demotion management alongside warning, kicking, temporary banning, and permanent banning individuals. Max number of Employment Directors is 4 and cannot be exceeded unless given permission by the Owner.

Corporate Director: Corporate Director is the third High-Rank role. This role is made for both the Employment and Public Relations Directors who have proved they are worthy of leading their designated departments. They are responsible for maintaining and leading the departments as well as taking on the responsibilities of their previous department. Additionally, they can terminate or demotion management alongside warning, kicking, temporary banning, and permanently banning individuals. Max number of Corporate Directors is 4 and cannot be exceeded unless given permission by the Owner.

Senior High Ranks

Developer: This role was made for our hard-working and dedicated developers who have contributed in the making of Puff Dough Pastries. There are no limits to this role.

Operational Lead: This role was made for the individual who controls and leads all of development. Max number of Operational Leads is 1 and cannot be exceeded unless given permission by the Owner.

Board of Executives: Board of Executives are very carefully selected individuals who have performed outstanding work and dedication to their roles and department. They are responsible for assisting in key decisions and production here at Puff Dough as well as running our Puff Dough Community as a whole. Max number of Board of Directors is 2 and cannot be exceeded unless given permission by the Owner.

Board of Directors: Board of Directors are very carefully selected individuals who have performed outstanding work and dedication to their roles and department. They are responsible for all key decisions and production here at Puff Dough as well as running our Puff Dough Community as a whole. Max number of Board of Directors is 2 and cannot be exceeded unless given permission by the Owner.

Vice Chairman: The Vice Chairman runs the group and oversees both departments. They ensure that the group is running smoothly. Unobtainable role, held by bysvilas.

Chairwoman: The Chairwoman oversees everything in its entirety. They do the same as the Co-Chairman, except to a greater extent. Unobtainable role, held by Vanglipsz.

Training Information

How do I become a Trainee?

To become a Trainee, you will first need to join our Roblox group Puff Dough Pastries and go to the application center and take an application. If you pass, please wait at least 48 hours after completing to be ranked. If you fail, you can always leave and try again.

How do I become a Cashier/Assistant Baker?

After taking the application and passing, you will be ranked to Trainee. In order to rank up to Cashier, you will need to attend a training in the Training Center. Trainings are scheduled using Eastern Standard Time (EST) so you may have to convert your time to know when exactly the trainings start. Sessions will be announced in the session-announcements channel in the Puff Dough communications server and in the shout out in the group.

Sunday-Saturday: 5PM EST, 7PM EST, 9PM EST

Customer → Trainee: To become a Trainee, you will need to join the group and take an application. Trainee → Cashier: To become a Cashier, you will need to attend a training at the Training Center. If you don’t want to go through training, you could easily buy the Assistant Baker or Kitchen Leader pass to get instant access! Cashier → Assistant Baker: To become an Assistant Baker, you will need to attend a secondary training at the Training Center. If you don’t want to go through training, you could easily buy the Assistant Baker or Kitchen Leader pass to get instant access! Assistant Baker → Baker: To become a Baker, you will need to work and receive 500 Baker Points. This can be achieved by taking orders, completing orders and cleaning spills.

Baker → Head Baker: To become a Head Baker, you will need to work and receive 1,000 Baker Points. This can be achieved by taking orders, completing orders and cleaning spills.

Head Baker → Kitchen Leader: To become a Kitchen Leader, you will need to work and receive 5,000 Baker Points. This can be achieved by taking orders, completing orders and cleaning spills.

Kitchen Leader → Staff Assistant: To become a Staff Assistant, you must have at least 2,000 Baker points, demonstrate professionalism, show dedication and be active at Puff Dough Pastries. If you are chosen, you will receive a personal invitation to the management team.

Regulations

Grammar is not required for staff. However, we do ask that you use decent grammar that is coherent and makes sense. Therefore, there is no confusion. Plus, using grammar gives you a better chance of getting a promotion!
Trolling as a staff member is not permitted and will result in moderation actions such as termination. This includes spamming, exploiting, bypassing, inappropriate avatars, etc.

Greetings

As an Assistant Baker, you are not required to work at the register. However, if you do have interest in working at the register; greeting a customer is mandatory. Examples are written below.
