Middle Ranks:

  • Management Assistant | Limit: 40
    Assist at training sessions and supervise the restaurant. Achievable through hard work or MR applications.

  • Supervisor | Limit: 35
    Host training sessions. Responsibilities include assisting and supervising the restaurant.

  • Assistant Manager | Limit: 20
    Assist with ranking, demotions, and managing the group wall. Same duties as Supervisors.

  • Operations Manager | Limit: 15
    Host shifts, recommend Master Chefs to Management Assistant, and manage the restaurant.

High Ranks:

  • Executive Intern | Limit: 10
    Manage the community as an intern in assigned departments (Public Relations or Staffing).

  • Executive Assistant | Limit: 6
    Full access to their department, performing tasks perfectly.

  • Executive Officer | Limit: 4
    Co-lead of their department, assisting the lead.

Leadership Team:

  • Vice President | Limit: 2
    Lead the department, manage it, and ensure smooth operations.

  • President | Limit: 2
    Oversee departments, ensuring efficiency and discussing improvements with the Leadership Team.

  • Co Owner & Owner | Limit: 1
    Oversee game development and the community, working with Presidents.

Alliance Application

Requirements:

  • Roblox group with 200+ members.
  • Discord server with 100+ members.
  • Good history with Pelau and allies.
  • Consistently active community.
  • No selling of ranks or administrative commands.
  • Must be a cafĂ©, restaurant, clothing group, or related.
  • Professional staff abiding by Roblox’s and Discord’s ToS.

Requirements for Promotion:

  • Actively work at the restaurant for at least 1 week.
  • Account must not have safe chat.
  • Must be in the communications server.
  • Excellent work performance.
  • Show hard work and dedication.
  • Good use of grammar.

  • Work at least 30 minutes at the restaurant.
  • Help co-workers.
