Pending Robux from Gamepasses will not pend in

I had some gamepasses purchased that have not pended in yet. It’s been three weeks. I had other gamepasses purchased (some that cost the same amount and that were purchased a day after) and they have pended in already. Here’s some screenshots:


As you can see, some Robux did not pend in while others have already pended in. Robux on 11/26 pended in before Robux on 11/25 and they cost the same amount.

I have never had this happen or even seen this happen before. It is just me? It’s been approximately three weeks.

Expected behavior

To receive my Robux like normal.

This issue has also happened to me, I have no idea why.

The pending Robux has already been successfully credited to your account. However, a small portion of the transaction records on “My Transactions” page is taking longer than usual to update. They should appear correctly within the next couple of weeks. We appreciate your patience and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
