Welcome to Penguin Bouncing, this is our Community Handbook, which was made and built for the community. This handbook was made on 11/13/2021 and last updated on 11/13/2021. Penguin Bouncing is a trampoline park here on Roblox that ensures that all of our jumpers are having a fun time here at our park. Penguin Bouncing is an active and constantly growing group, and ready to welcome more members to our community.

Here, you can find all of our Rank Descriptions for our main group, to find department Rank Descriptions, I suggest heading to their server under the rank limits channel.
Unexperienced Jumper
This is the rank you receive when you first join the group, this rank has no additional perks.
Experienced Jumper
This is the 2nd rank in our group, to receive this rank, all you must do is attend a park session, you must stay until the end to receive this rank. This rank receives no additional perks.
Allied Representative
This is the 3rd rank in our group, this rank is exclusively for allied representatives.
Good Jumpers
This is the 4th rank in the group, to receive this rank you must purchase this rank with 350 Coins. Please ask the host of the session to make the promotion transaction. This rank receives no additional perks.
Great Jumper
This is the 5th rank in our main group, to receive this rank you must purchase this rank with 850 coins. Please ask the host of the session to make the promotion transaction. This rank and higher will be guaranteed a spot at all of our sessions.
Remarkable Jumper
This is the 6th rank in our main group, to receive this rank you must purchase this rank with 1,600 coins. Please ask the host of the session to make the promotion transaction. This rank receives permissions to post on the group wall.
Spectacular Jumper
This is the 7th rank in our main group, to receive this rank you must be recognized as one of the top jumpers in this group and manually promoted by one of our Directors. This rank receives special perks in our communications server.
Extraordinary Jumper
This is the 8th rank in our main group, to receive this rank you must be recognized as one of our best jumpers in this group and manually promoted by one of our Executives. This rank receives special perks in our communications server.
Noteworthy Jumper
This is the 9th rank in our group, this rank is exclusively for people who have contributed a lot to Penguin Bouncing. This rank receives all the perks that all of the lower jumper ranks have.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please keep in mind, for the jumper ranks of spectacular jumper+, you are not allowed to use any perks you receive such as a one-time jumper promotion to receive spectacular jumper+.

Session Information:
Here at Penguin Bouncing, we have 2 different types of sessions. We have sessions in our main game and training sessions. Trampoline Park sessions are the main sessions we have here, the 2nd type of session we have here is a training session.

Training sessions are randomly hosted here at penguin bouncing, the best way to find out when one is happening is by looking at our trello. There is no time schedule and host will host these whenever they can. We will link the trello below.
Alliance Information:
Here at Penguin Bouncing, we like to have alliances with other groups so we can connect our communities and make a bigger community for everyone overall. If you are interested in forming an alliance, please contact our support bot via discord.

We have 2 departments because this group is more unique and we want to make sure the quality is really good, and that we have enough resources & staff to provide to everyone and make sure nobody is overworked.
