I tried uploading this thumbnail to my game:
However it does not allow this thumbnail, it does not go through.
Whats wrong with the thumbnail?

It takes some time to get it to actually pass through, it goes through some sort of check I believe. But unless you get an error, then it’s just a waiting game. Same goes for my game icon, just had to wait like 10 minutes to actually apply.
I put it up yesterday, like 10 hours ago.
Yeah some complained they had to wait a lot longer too, try reuploading it if anything
Have done, just isnt a change. Does the Block symbol mean it didnt go through’?
The small barely readable text in another language is likely the source of the issue.
Try making the text clearer / larger, and potentially try English or a modern spoken language.
Especially the TA(?) text that is really small. We’ve had tons of decals rejected for this type of unreadable text at the resolution that the mods will be reviewing it.
I cant convert it to English but I can try making it larger. Thank you for helping.
No worries, hopefully larger or bolder is all that’s needed and the Latin is accepted.
It’s currently the weekend, and the staff are at home. That is probably why it’s taking so long

Try making the middle image a bit larger and to re-upload things do not upload the same exact file or it will get auto declined, you will need to go into some editing service u use and put a tiny dot of something then save it as a different file and re upload it.
Yeah, but I find it’s not the best with the bots on the weekends. They don’t seem to approve or disapprove anything on the weekends. At least for me
cc @CharlieValognas Bots do not approve or reject assets to Roblox. All approvals and declinations of assets are handled by human moderators; automation only helps sort the queue quicker.
For issues relating to assets being rejected from the site, please send a message to the Moderation Review Requests group with a link to the asset/affected item so they may take a second look and provide you information regarding the moderation of the asset.

One thing I have seen recently is if the thumbnail has too much on it, Roblox moderators might think you are trying to bypass something. You can try simplifying it so they can more easily review and pass it through. Or it might just be a visual glitch on your side.
