Guidelines
Pho House is committed to providing a safe and secure community for all our members. To ensure this, we have strict guidelines in place which are monitored carefully by our team. We urge everyone to take a few moments and read the regulations so that everyone has an enjoyable experience with us.
• Disrespect & Foul Language
Members of our community are expected to keep any negative talk about people away. We want the best for everyone, so as well as keeping negative things to yourself make sure you are not using inappropriate language or phrases. Cussing is not allowed in this community. Make sure whatever you say would not offend anyone.
• Spamming & Inappropriate Content
Any pornographic/adult/NSFW talk or videos/photos are strictly prohibited. This also means that profile pictures and usernames may not include anything involving that. Spamming is not allowed so we can keep our chats clear, this also means you may not spam ping.
• Advertisements & Raiding
Talking about raiding and actually following through with raids or having anything to do with them is strictly prohibited. DM Advertising or Advertising in the server is not allowed and will result in punishment.

Departments
Department Information
Staff Management:
The Staff Management department handles all aspects of human resources, including blacklists, warnings, demotions, suspensions, and terminations. Staff Management is also responsible for internships and the internship process, all necessary formats regarding reminders, warnings, demotions, suspensions, terminations, and blacklists, and finally, all applications that are released regarding hiring staff, staff of the month, etc.
Public Relations:
The Public Relations Department’s tasks revolve around external operations and affiliates. We manage affiliates, affiliation applications, announcing affiliates’ events, and much more. The Public Relations Department is also tasked with providing Pho House a positive reputation within the platform and promoting our corporation on social media.

Customers/NRs (No Rank)
Guest - A customer who is not a member of our group, but roles can apply to customers as well.
Customer - The role of a customer at Pho House is to provide feedback, support, and patronage to the restaurant. Customers can order food, give suggestions about menu items and decor, and provide feedback about their experience. Customers also play an important role in helping to create a positive atmosphere and experience for other customers.
Honored Customers - Former Executives or higher that stepped down from their position and are remembered greatly.
Contributors - Those who contributed to the game in terms of development.
Affiliate Representative - An Affiliate Representative at Pho House is responsible for representing the interests of their group that is affiliated with us. They are also responsible for establishing relationships between their group and Pho House, as well as promoting any joint initiatives or activities. Overall, these are high-ranking members from our allied groups that we welcome to our group!
Trainee - The role of a Trainee at Pho House is to learn the fundamentals of the restaurant through joining and passing a training session. They must be able to serve/take orders and more. A Trainee should have the goal of becoming an efficient and skilled Chef in the near future through our training and points system.
LRs (Low Ranks)
Junior Pho Chef - A Junior Pho Chef at Pho House is responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Vietnamese dishes according to Pho House’s recipes. They must ensure that all dishes are served proficiently and meet the expectations of the customers. This role can be achieved by attending a training session at our Training Center.
Trained Chef - Trained Chefs will play a vital role in creating and maintaining the authentic and delicious flavors of traditional Vietnamese pho. This role can be achieved by obtaining 100 points at the restaurant from serving customers.
Master Chef - Master Chefs will play a vital role in creating and maintaining the authentic and delicious flavors of traditional Vietnamese pho. This role can be achieved by obtaining 250 points at the restaurant from serving customers.
Executive Chef - Pho House takes pride in serving authentic Vietnamese pho, and Executive Chefs will ensure that our dishes consistently exceed customer expectations in taste, quality, and presentation. This role can be achieved by obtaining 500 points from serving customers at the restaurant.
Management
Management Intern - Management Interns at Pho House play a crucial role in assisting with the management of one of the newest virtual restaurants on Roblox. This unique opportunity offers a hands-on learning experience as an MR. This role can be obtained through submitting applications. More information will be posted in our Discord server when we feel we require MRs.
Restaurant Assistant - Restaurant Assistants at Pho House are responsible for taking moderation actions at the restaurant, supervising the restaurant, and training new Trainees. They must work alongside the rest of the Management team and be active to ensure success in their position.
Kitchen Supervisor - Kitchen Supervisors at Pho House are responsible for hosting sessions, as well as deleting group wall posts. They also have the responsibilities of a Restaurant Assistant. They are to work alongside the rest of the Management team and be active to ensure success in their position.
Assistant Manager - Assistant Manager at Pho House are responsible for promoting manually through Configure Group. They also have the responsibilities of a Kitchen Supervisor & a Restaurant Assistant. They must work alongside the rest of the Management team and be active to ensure success in their position.
Kitchen Manager - Kitchen Managers at Pho House are responsible for supervising lower MRs in training sessions, as well as the ability to pban users. They also have the responsibilities of an Assistant Manager, Kitchen Supervisor, and a Restaurant Assistant. They must work alongside the rest of the Management team and be active to ensure success in their position.
Manager - Managers at Pho House are responsible for acting as an “Executive Intern”, interning in a department of their choice. They should assist Executives in their designated departments. They also have the responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager, Assistant Manager, Kitchen Supervisor, and a Restaurant Assistant. They must work alongside the rest of the Management team to ensure success in their position.
Executives
Executive Assistant - Executive Assistants have officially joined their department of choice, after selections of Executives. They contribute to the group specifically for their department work while handling in-game operations.
Managing Officer - Managing Officers at Pho House are Junior Department Members, they are required to do work in their designated departments and complete tasks assigned to them.
Executive Director - Executive Directors at Pho House are Senior Department Members, they have some more confidential responsibilities but are also required to do work in their designated departments and complete tasks assigned to them.
Ownership
Vice President - Vice Presidents at Pho House act as Co-Leads of their department. This rank is limited to 2 people, one for each department. They are required to do department work.
President - Presidents at Pho House are required to do department work and act as the Leads of the department. This rank is limited to 2, one for each department.
Co-Owner - The Co-Owner role at Pho House is a role that overseers both departments. They are to make sure all operations are running smoothly in both departments.
Owner - The Owner role at Pho House is an unobtainable role that manages finances, advertisements, promoting the group, and ensuring the group’s stance.
Executive Chef Guide
At this time, the Management Intern promotion system is through simply applying when applications release in our Discord server. Otherwise, when our game releases soon, we may introduce a possible recommendation process. Be on the lookout for a ping in the #announcements channel in our Discord server regarding applications!
Appeals
In order to submit a ban appeal, you must DM a member of the Staff Management Department. They will address your appeal and it will be brought up in their department.

- How do you work here?
You may work at Pho House by simply joining the group, taking and passing the quiz located at the Application Center, and finally attending and passing a scheduled session located at the Training Center! All games are currently a Work In Progress (WIP).
