This guide will tackle the rank descriptions here at Pho Restaurant. Note that almost every single rank is earned, and there is no “shortcut” for growing in ranks. We hope this document helps you gain more insight as to what each rank of PR does, and how they effect the group overall.
Non-Staff Ranks

1 | Visitor: Our customers!

P | Honored Visitor: This rank is given to others who have impacted Pho in an amazing way. This rank cannot be earned. Usually given to formers.

P | Systems: The bots of the group. They help auto-rank individuals and run the group.

P | Development Team: These individuals create our games, and manage everything within development. This rank cannot be earned, and you must be chosen by the Administration Team to be part of the Development team.
Low-Ranks/General Staff Members

2 | Awaiting Training: This rank is earned when you pass an application. This rank is not considered staff, and you must attend training to rank up.

3 | Junior Kitchen Staff: This is the first rank that can work at Pho. They are the least experienced out of the Low Ranks.

4 | Kitchen Staff: This rank has the same privileges as Junior Kitchen Staff, although they have a bit more experience.

5 | Senior Kitchen Staff: This rank has the same privileges as the other Low Ranks, but they are now eligible to be recommended for Management Intern. They can also apply if applications are open.

6 | Management Intern: This is the last Low Rank. This rank trains to become a Management member, and is just one step away from doing so. THIS RANK IS NOT A MIDDLE RANK. (20)
Management/Middle Rank Staff Members

7 | Supervisor This is the first Middle Rank and Management rank at Pho. They are now eligible to train others and supervise at the restaurant. (30)

8 | Manager: This is another Middle Rank. They are now eligible to host training sessions, as well as train and supervise at the restaurant. They can also recommend talented individuals for Management Intern. (20)

9 | General Manager: This is the last Middle Rank at Pho. They are the most experienced Middle Ranks, and have all the privileges of a Manager. They are one step away from being a part of the Executive team. (15)
High Ranks/ Corporate Staff Members

10 | Junior Executive: This is the first High Rank at Pho. They are now assigned to a department and handle all matters regarding it. They can also attend training and supervise at the restaurant. (12)

11 | Senior Executive: This is a High Rank. They are a bit more experienced than Junior Executives, and are one step away from being the head of their department. This rank may be Co-Head of the head of the department deems necessary. (5)
Head Department Officers
These ranks are still high ranks.

Chief Staff Officer: This is a High Rank, and head of the Staffing department. They handle all matters regarding staff, promotions, demotions, activity, etc. They run the Staffing department and make sure everything is running smoothly. (2)

Chief Relations Officer: This is a High Rank, and head of the Relations department. They handle all matters regarding alliances, events, and all public information. They run the Relations department and make sure everything is running smoothly. (2)
Administration Team/Leadership Team

14 | Board of Directors: This is the first Senior High Rank and Administration Team rank at Pho. They normally oversee departments, and contribute to the overall group. (4)

15 | Vice President: This is a Senior High Rank and Administration Team rank. Individuals who possess this rank have proven their worth, and help run the overall group. (3)

16 | President: This is a Senior High Rank and Administration Team rank. They have worked their way up to the highest possible rank, and help run the overall group. (1)

17 | Founders: The founders and creators of Pho Restaurant. This rank cannot be earned. They run the overall group with help from the Administration Team. (4)
