Phone Number Not Displayed in Account Info for Certain Countries

Issue Description

Phone numbers do not appear in the “Account Info” category for users from certain countries in the Roblox Universal App. This issue only affects specific countries listed below, while users from other countries can see their phone numbers displayed correctly.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open the Roblox Universal App.
2. Tap on the “More” button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Go to “Settings.”
4. Open the “Account Info” category.
5. Compare the visibility of phone numbers between accounts from the countries listed below and those from other countries.

Expected behavior

Phone numbers should be visible in the “Account Info” section for all users, regardless of their country.

I would assume it’s happening because of some sort of policy those countries have. Do note that most of the countries you listed are authoritarian.

Affected Countries

Most of these countries have users with high abuse uses, especially scamming numbers, and most of those countries are strict on numbers, like Venezuela and Belarus.
