Photorealism? Blender advanced texturing into ROBLOX?

I knew the title is confusing but let me explain.

Recently I was asked about photo realism (the closest thing roblox can get to it) in roblox, I have come close to photo realism, but not 100%. Which is why I got into blender. I will admit I’m not a professional with blender but I know enough to make my builds very realistic. But getting the best results possible, i.e. photo realism, seems like something that requires blender. I was wondering if anyone knew how this video was done.

I was in able to find the source btw, other wise I’d link it.

I am not too advanced with blender texturing alone, and I this isn’t a blender help website but I was wondering about a specific detail in that video that I noticed, and it’s really what makes the whole thing stand out. And it’s this part:

This area alone is vast in its detail. But what I want to focus on is the ceiling tile thingy. With the window in it. It’s the best visual example of what I’m talking about and it appears to utilize the SurfaceApperance feature. I say that because the way it reacts with light and the roughness of it and even the other things around it have a very naturally fitting metal texture. Let’s say this was made in blender and you exported it all into studio, and then you bake all the textures properly, would it get it result? I know I should do my research first but the forum over surface appearance explains what it is but doesn’t touch too much in the blender side of things.

Now my question is; is this possible to make this level of photo realism in blender then export to roblox? If so are there any good video tutorials over texturing, and exporting to roblox to then utilize SurfaceApperance mapping? If there are tutorials that are like this I’d love if you could send it. But I want to know if this is possible and what other ways can I achieve this level of photorealism? Is the answer simply just advanced blender knowledge?

Thanks for reading, I know it’s a bit of a complicated question.

Theres nothing detailed on that picture, everything is just a model that has PBR textures slapped onto it, just make a model that you want and slap a PBR onto it and it’ll look good
