Last night at around 8:00 PM CT I started receiving reports that the trucks in my Work at a Pizza Place game have broken. The trucks have some major gaps in the vehicle body where the welds failed to position the parts in the correct position. My Google Pixel phone had endless amounts of physics, replication, and frame rate issues such as invisible trucks moving around while the trucks appear stationary on my device. Under normal circumstances, the Pixel usually runs Roblox buttery smooth. Trucks can’t be driven on my Pixel but I am able to drive fine on my Nexus 7 tablet. My desktop and laptop had no major issues besides gaps in the body of the trucks. However, players on PC are reporting that they are unable to move/drive the truck or seeing invisible trucks moving around.
Has there been a physics update in the past 24 hours that might have caused this?
Update: I tested Pizza Place on my Pixel this morning, no frame rate issues this time. Still cannot drive/move vehicles.
We’ve identified an issue and have disabled the associated feature. Can you confirm if the issue if fixed on your end?
Please keep in mind that some lingering issues might still occur unless players close the client and rejoin the game.
