Physics breaking when creating/connecting motor6d object to the root part while a Body Velocity is acting on the root part

The title is long, I know. But that is the best way to explain it without confusion. Basically, I play an animation and set a bodyvelocity, and if the bodyvelocity is still acting on the root part when connecting this other object, it completely breaks the physics. I’m setting network owner of the object to the player upon creating the motor6d. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
