When there is a rotating object over a surface, the object seems to slowly clip into the part its rolling on.
I’ve observed this behaviour with a cylinder moving over a block. The cylinder is rotated using a hinge, and it seems to slowly go through the block until it meets the next block, at which point it goes back on top and restarts the loop.

Here is the place file for that so you can see it. The colours should help you see it slowly going through but it descends very slightly, but enough that it causes bouncing when moving at higher speeds.

I started to see this happen at 18:00 BST (17:00 UTC) April 5th 2022. So far when I’ve tested it, its happened every time. As far as I know it happens in and out of studio.
I have also tried messing around with customphysics to no avail.
