The bug happens on all games, I’ve tested it on numerous driving games as well as RIVALS (where it shows the character in the camera just consistently lagging forwards) and Murder Mystery 2 where it shows my knife as moving inside of itself consistently.
Doesn’t seem to do it when the vehicle or the character is moving either left or right, only forwards and backwards
I have tried all the usual troubleshooting - re-installing Roblox in its entirety, restarting my computer and internet, etc.
I’m having the same issue aswell in many games, noticed it mainly in Phantom Forces.
Truly strange, only started happening for me yesterday, hope the developers can get this sorted quickly! 
I got the bug right after Roblox had updated, so I guess the next patch will most likely fix this?
I am experiencing the same issue with tweens and general moving objects.
Microprofiler doesn’t show me anything relevant to the issue.

I’m assuming it has something to do with the channel we’re assigned to.
You can reproduce this by simply joining a game where you can take network ownership of a vehicle or something, And/Or a game with A-Chassis.
Reproduce? There isn’t a consistent way to reproduce it other than updating to the latest version of Roblox, the most consistent one is Phantom Forces where you can see the arms in first person jitter (see video file attached, excuse me for the music in the clip)
