Why the tool move and rotate orientation is not same as the pivot?
Move, and Rotate tool like this:

Even reset button doesn’t work properly how it used to do
But it wasn’t like this a few days ago?
That is not quite true I am pretty sure the whole purpose of pivot is so we can control the direction and orientation of a certain model
The cause of the behavior in the first image might be you not using local space, try pressing CTRL + L in the viewport.

Ohh alright thanks that is now working properly, it properly broke because I pressed that by accident
