Pivot point is not aligned with the model when animating

well i think its obvious what the problem is from the picture what i want to do is just make the pivot point aligned with the violin model

the properties of the model :
the body of the violin which is the primary part of the model is welded to the left arm of the character using a motor6d
outside the animating mode the pivot point returns normal , to the middle of the model

maybe its something in the way its welded to the arm? motor6d’s can be offset, maybe its that?

i went to the motor6d and the position of C1 (the violin) was moved slightly ahead so i changed it to 0,0,0 and in the animation editor the pivot point went to the middle of the model so the problem is solved thanks so much
