Capture and refine directly in Studio
- Frame any Model, Part, or MeshPart with viewport orbit, pan, zoom, crop, FOV, roll, auto-fit, reusable camera presets, and output sizes from 16 to 4096 px.
- Capture a real per-pixel alpha cutout instead of removing a single background color. A graded clean plate keeps anti-aliased edges clean on hair, glass, particles, glow, and other difficult subjects.
- Keep the captured result visible while adjusting color, contrast, outline, shadow, and glow. Compare multiple shots in the same session before choosing the keeper.
- Capture the whole Studio view when you need an environment, build, diorama, or complete scene instead of one isolated model.
Batch Export and Capture Workflows
Batch Export turns a folder or selection into a reviewable icon set. PixelForge captures the queue, lets you keep, skip, preview, or reframe individual results, and exports only the approved icons.
Capture Workflows turn repeated art direction into reusable recipes:
- Generate multiple named variants for every model in a batch.
- Apply different presets, framing, and temporary property changes per step.
- Add conditions so steps only run on the models they are intended for.
- Preview the plan with a dry run before anything is saved or uploaded.
- Work on throwaway copies, so the source models in your place are never modified.

How the transparency works
Why the edges stay clean
Single-color background removal often leaves a colored fringe around anti-aliased pixels. PixelForge captures the subject against two controlled backdrops and solves for the transparency of every pixel.
The sky, sun, and moon are removed during a transparent capture so the background cannot leak into the result. Edge pixels resolve toward the model’s real color instead of white or the backdrop color, keeping the icon clean when Roblox displays it at small sizes.
Requirements
- Roblox Studio on Windows or macOS.
- A Model, Part, MeshPart, or Studio view to capture.
- Saving PNGs or uploading to Roblox uses the included PixelForge Uploader, a small local companion that is configured once.
- Roblox uploads require a free Open Cloud API key. The key stays outside Studio.
