Training Sessions
Our schedule is not finalized yet. We will post it here when finalized.
The schedule will be short at first due to a lack of trainers.
Training Details
Guidelines and Information
-
Board of directors+ is the only rank that can host a training.
-
Assistance Managers may help out any trainer at the session. Only one Assistant per trainer.
-
You can create your own training guide but, it must have all the main components of this guide.
-
There is a maximum of 3 trainers per session.
-
Manager+ can claim sessions on the Trello board (coming soon) where each session is logged with the individuals who assisted within the session.
-
Professionalism and grammar are required at all times.
-
If you sign up for a session as a Host but you cannot come, you have to find a replacement Host or you could get demoted.
-
When training someone, count how many grammar errors they make and always correct them. I suggest having a spare sheet of paper or a word document marking how many mistakes people have made. If they make more than 3 grammar strikes use the !fail cmd on them. Sorry for the inconvenience we will fix this problem later.
-
If they do go AFK without telling you, you may kick them with the !kick cmd.
-
If they’re going AFK make sure to name them “AFK’’ with the !name cmd. When they come back, use the !name cmd and change it back to the group they’re in.
-
Any place where it says [username], change that to your username. Any place where it says (username), keep it as is.
Training Session Commands

Hello everyone! Welcome to the training session for today. I’m your host, [Username], and I thank you for joining us tonight!
Before we begin, please welcome all the trainers and assistants who amazingly took some time out of their day to help us with this session!
Without further ado, I’ll be informing everyone of our rules for today’s training session.
If you need to speak at any time during the session type PTS in the chat.
You are all expected to use grammar and act qualified at all times. Not using grammar or acting unqualified during any sections will cause you to fail this training.
Refrain from starting arguments with your trainer if you fail a training session. It will result in you being kicked from the staff team.
If you need to go AFK any time during a session, please inform your trainer at all costs. Not doing so will result in being removed from the current training session.
There will be a total of lll stages. Greetings, Cooking, and Quiz! You must pass ll/lll of these sections to pass this training session.
Without further ado, all trainers may go get their groups. Trainees, stay seated until you are brought to your station.
[HOST NOTE] Use the !name command on the trainees. Name them “Group A”, “Group B”, or “Group C”. If your going to put them in a certain group make sure there is a trainer for that group.
Trainers Only
[TRAINER NOTE] Always correct people if they are wrong. If someone is acting up or being bad in general please call your host over to help you. Don’t kick them right away. Let the host kick them.
Hello! I’m [username], and I will be your trainer for this session! I wish all of you the best of luck!
As a friendly reminder to not speak while I’m saying important information. This is so everyone can see.
Please hold all of your questions until further notice. You will have a chance to ask questions later!
Today I will be teaching you the basics of being a chef at Pizza Parlor.
You must get ll/lll points in order to pass. If you don’t have enough points at the end, you will have to attend another training session.
You will have lll grammar strikes. If you have more than lll, you will fail.
Greeting Stage
We will start with greetings. If you get there and all the registers are taken you must wait your turn.
When a customer comes up to you, you should state your greeting.
A good greeting should include: greeting them, welcoming them, introducing yourself, asking how you can help them.
Example of a good greeting: Hello, welcome to Pizza Parlor! I’m (username), your chef for today. What can I get you?
Now time for you to practice your greeting!
[TRAINER NOTE] Give a little time for them to type their responses. Correct if needed.
Cooking Stage
Now, we are moving on to the cooking stage.
We will first make pepperoni pizza.
To begin you will walk up to a fridge and click on it. You should receive a tool named “Pizza Dough”.
Next, you want to put the “Pizza Dough” into the gray “Sauce Giver”. This should give you “Dough with Sauce”.
Then, you will put the “Dough with Sauce” on top of the cheese. After that, you put the uncooked pizza with cheese over the pepperoni.
Finally, you put the “Uncooked Pizza” into the oven! Make sure to take turns with others. Come back to the line when finished.
It’s your turn to try!
[TRAINER NOTE] You can view their inventory by asking them to show you or using the !viewtools command.
Quiz Stage
Now we are moving on to the quiz stage. The topics we will be going over are grammar, trollers, and exploiters.
We will be PMing you questions and you will need to respond with the correct answer. If you respond with the wrong answer you don’t have to worry. You will have more chances in the future.
To start, we will discuss grammar. This is a fairly simple subject. You will get a PM and you must fix the errors. Respond within the PM.
I will now be PMing you. Please wait for a moment until you get it.
[TRAINER NOTE] Begin PMing (!pm user, user, user [statement]) your trainees the statement below. Please select all of it including “Please respond with by fixing the errors:”
[STATEMENTS]
Please respond by fixing the errors: hEllo, Thank for coming to Pizza PLace. Me name es jeff. Wat u went???
[TRAINER NOTE] Fix the errors and if they have 3 grammar errors by now, use the !fail command.
Good job everyone. Don’t worry if you did not get it right. You will have another chance to pass this session.
Next, we will discuss some information on trollers. Each troller gets lll warning. After lll warnings then you should call a supervisor+ rank by typing “!help” in the chat.
The supervisor+ rank will handle the situation. If no one comes to help you please contact us our commutations server with screenshots for evidence.
If you are unable to get into our commutations server please post a message on the group wall.
Finally, we will go over the exploiters. If anyone is exploiting take screenshots and immediately send it to an MR/HR.
Again, if you are unable to join our commutations server, please post information on the group wall. Make sure to include the exploiter’s username.
We will start to PM you a few questions. Please be patient while we sent the message.
[TRAINER NOTE] Begin PMing (!pm user, user, user [question]) again with the questions below. Please select all of it.
QUESTION What do you do if someone is exploiting? How many warnings do they get?
[TRAINER NOTE] If they made any grammar mistakes please correct them. If they have gotten 3 or more throughout the training make sure to fail them. Remember, fail them after they make 3 grammar mistakes. Use the !fail command if needed. PM the host and tell them you are ready to have your trainees ranked.
Congratulations everyone! You have passed this training session.
Don’t leave yet as there is information I need to go over before you leave.
Grammar is required at all times at Pizza Parlor.
You can rank up by getting a certain number of points. Our point bot is currently not working.
If you get a certain number of points and you see an MR+ rank in the game you may contact them.
You would want to ask them if they can put your username and your number of points into our communications server.
The number of points you need to rank up will be in the kitchen in the restaurant.
You may also buy points at the restaurant to help you rank up faster. We do not offer refunds for purchases.
We will have MR/HR applications out frequently. You can find them on our communications server.
If you have any questions feel free to ask an MR/HR.
Please wait for the host to come around and rank you.
[TRAINER NOTE] After the host says they are all ranked you may dismiss your trainees.
End of Session
The session is now over. Please change the group shout. Thanks for helping out at this session!
Thank you for reading over the Training Handbook. If you have any questions or suggestions, please inform an Executive+.
